As we all adapt to the new (hopefully temporary) reality, we have been doing our part to evaluate the situation on a day-to-day basis. We've made the necessary changes to our service offering to comply with both the NYS executive order regarding business operations (particularly RE business services) and enforcing strict social distancing measures.

Safety is our top priority and with that being said many of our services are not possible to offer safely. These include any services that require proximity between people or being in homes or other structures that are occupied or have been recently occupied.

What services can we offer?

Because we are an LLC partnership (technically sole proprietors) we are allowed to continue our services where appropriate.   We can offer 3D tours, floor plans, drone and interior/exterior photography service for properties under the following conditions.

  • The property must be completely unoccupied for 3-5 days before we enter. For the safety of others we request that no one else enters the property for a period of 3-5 days after we leave.  

  • If the Agent/Owner is onsite we require extreme social distancing measures be observed and the Agent/Owner does not enter the property before, during or after we leave. We can follow any instructions regarding lights, alarms, etc.

What additional precautions are we taking?

Over the past few years our business has brought us into many interesting situations where we needed to take extreme precautions to operate safely.  We have had to wear full body Tyvex suits, protective eye-wear and respirators to protect against mold, asbestos and other hazardous materials. For everyone's safety we are employing the same precautions now on all jobs.

What if the property I'm listing does not meet these criteria?

We have some other ideas for marketing homes that are occupied. We’d be happy to discuss with you!
